The APB401 Rotary Surface Grinder sharpens and resurfaces grinder plates and emulsifier plates to like-new condition.
The APB401 is especially designed for the meat processing industry. Sharpening your plates in-house allows you to control sharpening costs and efficiently manage plate inventory at the same time. The APB sharpens plates from 3.94” (100mm) up to 15.7” (400mm). All grinding is done under a flow of coolant for a burn-free surface. The integrated grinding wheel dresser system maintains a flat even surface on the grinding stone. The APB401 model Surface Grinder sharpens grinder and emulsifier plates for all makes and models of grinders. Optional hub adapters available for sharpening grinder plates with hubs.
