As the newly appointed Corporate Head of Engineering, Cater will be leading the charge in advancing PRIMEdge’s engineering capabilities across its global operations. His early projects include modernizing legacy equipment, optimizing internal tracking procedures, and working together with other departments to create innovative, customer-focused solutions. Cater’s leadership will also play a pivotal role in the ongoing collaboration with PRIMEdge’s sister companies, BE and Mimasa, to drive shared efficiencies and elevate standards across the board.

Outside of work, Cater continues to find ways to connect his engineering mind with his personal interests — whether it’s building elaborate Halloween costumes, designing tools for friends and family, or mentoring the next generation of makers and engineers.
