A major highlight was the second edition of our Edge of Excellence Competition: an interactive demonstration that turned sharpening performance into measurable proof.

Participants received hands-on training in proper knife-sharpening techniques before sharpening a knife using PRIMEdge equipment. Each blade was then tested using the PRIMEdge Sharpness Tester, delivering real-time, objective data on edge quality.
